30 Day No Quibble returns policy

You can return unwanted goods within 30 days of the date on which you received it and we will refund the full amount paid for the item. All we ask is that the item is in the condition it was received in and still has all packaging and parts. You will need to pay for the return postage costs. Please contact us by email/telephone to notify us of your wish to return, We will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number.

When returning the item please include either a Returns Form or separate letter with all relevant information.
You are responsible for all items until they are received back by ourselves, for this reason we strongly recommend using a delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt as well as additional insurance if applicable.

If the item received back is not in the condition that it was sold or is missing parts/packaging we refuse the right to issue a credit note/gift voucher or return the product to you.
Certain items, such as custom made items, are excluded from the 30 Day No Quibble returns policy.

Faulty Goods

Although rare, occasionally faults may occur either in regards to your order or the item you receive. Please contact us by either email/telephone within 30 days for receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We will issue you with a returns form and advise you how to return the item at our expense. We do however ask that you keep a proof of postage until the item has been received back by ourselves.
